Chapter One: Escape the Cheshire Asylum+Epilogue of Residence(Private)
Tick...Tick...Tick...
Demons, they laugh at me...
I'm here because of them...you...ME....too...
Now back to reality. The cold sweat slides down Ein's face. Tickling his every nerve. His eyes widen. Somebody put him in a vest. Asylum-ish it seems. The room is pitch black, damp. Relaxing air naturally, but the supernatural uneasyness overtakes such. The sanity lacerated by constant lonely thought. This had been his problem his whole life in Halloween Town. For some reason they wanted to blind him. Confusion. Total ponderous curse. They wanted to cut his view from the world. Keeping his brain in control...but in confusion. Remembrance. What are memories? What is the heart to anyone? Darkness. Then light. BOOM! A flash of light and in a speed of moments. Time sped up. And several torches lit. "Bum bada bum bum BUM! Welcome to my new experimental house. Cheshire Asylum! Your on the deepest level. Cheshire Catacombs. Level 5B. You gave me quite the worry when you put your sword to my throat...Jack won't like this. I keep this a secret if you allow me to monitor your every moment at this a-" a shadow spoke. In a delayed reaction, Ein had looked up and gasped for air. He hung his head for a bit, lifting it only to speak with hateful words. His hair drooped over his head, seeming to be wet.
" Let me out...I swear once I escape Jack will know. Whether he gives me an audience or not...Your head will be next to the gulloitine." he said. Ein spat at the ground. There was a dome-like cage with twisted bars. He has many chains binding him down and there is a dome-like cover over where the chains connect to the ground. It was a maximum-security. Totally unnecessary. All the shadow did was laugh. The torches created a darker shadow to cover up the man. The torches lost their flame, and the laugh lost its sound. It was truely insane. Hours and hours had passed and there was a cracking noise. Tick....tick...tick... The ticking noise reappeared. The cracking noise became the sound of a whisper....Rumbling had occurred. Boom. Pow. Bang. Boom...BOOM!. Shrapnel from an explosion smashed against the cage. Its top came off and three shadows descended from the smoke. Their blades glimmered through the darkness. They lit the torches, revealing that the center of the room was where they landed. The center of the building was the climax of the explosion. Then. Silence. No more glimmer.
"Is he alive? Dead? Both?" Voice 1 said.
"No you moron, you have to check him before you determine that. Hey...Hey you...Are you awake?" Voice 2 said.
"There was just a GIANT EXPLOSION! Of course he is awake. He must just be dazed." Voice 3 said.
The thought occurred in Ein's head...All of you...Silence.... But thoughts became words, and it slipped from his mouth. The light revealed their faces, faces in shock.
"Kairn, make an escape route. Tobuscus, follow Kairn and get the gummi ship ready. Master will be pleased. You must be Ein. We were sent here by our master to retrieve you. He said he was once a Halloween Town resident too. We are not allowed to reveal master's name. I know this is a lot to take in, but just go along with it. My name is Leana." Leana explained. She commanded the other two so forcefully, but was calm and kind to someone who just basically told them to shut up. Ein nodded but stopped, then followed with a glare. This glare contained a hint about the restraints. Leana took care of them. A bloody key came from her pocket and unlocked each restraint. A rope ladder unrolled all the way down the gap. "Good. Come on Ein, we must leave at once." she said. Ein got up and removed his vest. He had a dusty, brown tunic on and some leather pants. His moccasins were a bit worn but they still kept durability and comfort. Ascending the ladder, he started to smell a strange aroma. Shadows created around him. The room he just left was engulfed immediatly. It was unnatural...Disturbing...Nature's heartlessness.
Once they left the building, the 4 noticed the streets were empty. But the city hall was filled with noise. Easy enough it seemed. "I need my weapon-
"We have no time!" Kairn said.
"Don't worry, I hid them nearby becuase they slowed me down." Tobuscus said. Ein stared at him. As they strolled through the main street, Tobuscus revealed in a bush the red and black swords. Ein took them almost immediatly. He strapped both on his left side. He made a slim, long x-formation with them. He he unsheathed his swords and whirled them around. Sheathing them he inhaled and exhaled 3 times, fluently. He sped up his walk, as the others did. There was an operating gummy ship. One thing wrong. Several heartless started coming out of the ground. The shadow who talked to Ein before had spoken once more.
"What ARE memories by the way? Why do we have a heart? My reason- DARKNESS." the man said with a wicked tone. "Look at my creations. All I gave was my heart. I weild it still...yes...But the darkness called to me...Gave me power...You'll all see the darkside of me soon.Heh...Heh..." he said, giving a rasp but menacing speech. The 3 who saved Ein were white with fear. Heartless it seemed to be. They only consisted of shadows, but they are still nothing Ein has seen. No where near anything he has fought. The shadows taunted them with gestures. They sunk into the ground, about 9 of them, and crept over to the group of 4. Ein released the blade of Eisengrad from its sheath. He when the heartless came from the ground he slashed at them. His blade passed through them though. 3 had overtaken Kairn, the escape specialist (assumed). His heart was released but heartless ignored it. The man floated over to the heart. He was hairless on his head, no facial hairs, nor eyebrow hairs. None what so ever. His skin was pail and there was a black enchanted cover over his mouth. Telepathical speaking?
He absorbed the heart into a contained. It had a heart-shaped symbol on it that had vines running through it. He banished the heartless with a spell and pointed to the ship. "You may take your leave now. he said. The man was but a stranger. Tobuscus, frightened as he was, stayed. Leana was the one to run to the ship. This caused Ein and Tobuscus to follow quite quickly. This...Was the start of an adventure. This was the the epilogue of lost memories. As Ein looked out the ship's window, he noticed the man exited through a gate of shadows. The gate exploded and soon Halloween Town was engulfed in darkness. The ship barely escaped. Soon, the whole world was engulfed. All that was left was a black blob. Now all that there was to do was talk, interact, learn information for their whole trip to a place Ein doesn't even know about. No name, no description. Nothing.
Demons, they laugh at me...
They think they can take me over...turn me to the darkness...
Leave me alone...Lonely...Loneliness
I'm here because of them...you...ME....too...
Kill me...Kill you...End lives. They're through....Demons shall be first and they are included too..

Re: Chapter One: Escape the Cheshire Asylum+Epilogue of Residence(Private)
Talk was scarce. The two saviours had just lost a friend. Tobuscus had a depressed but wide-eyed stare while he piloted the ship. Leana looked frustrated, and Ein was scared white. His blades had no traces of blood. Nothing to show use. The...shadows...had must've been illusions, or so he thought. "They're Heartless you know. Phhh...Why did we agree to this? I knew this would happen. Someone would die. I knew there were hear-"
"Shut up...." Tobuscus said. There was a long silence. The red in his face showed something beyond rage. "YOU could have saved him. You weild the power of Magi. The old man favored you enough to teach you so.." he said, bashing Leana. After what was said, the silence remained as if there was a curse of muting cast upon them. Leana eventually fell asleep and Tobuscus remained focus. Ein had not comprehended the arguement quite yet. He then rested himself....
The Dream
There was a long hallway. The floor, ceiling, walls, all were padding. Like a home for asylum patients. A prison for the mad. No home of Ein's. But prison of the Ekenzie. For what his family was was unknown to him now. He walked down this hallway. K.....k....k...k....k.......k...ki-llll themmmm.... a dying voice said from the end of the hallway. A phantom sprouted from the wall. Now the hallway was full of blood. Bodies now filled the hallway. Patients, doctors, psychologists, etc. Dead. They would have a hole in their chest that would reveal locks jammed into them. A trap within the bodies. More phantoms sprouted with swords. Swords shaped like giant keys. The hell? Ein thought. The voice. Gone. Misty aura engulfed him. The trap-the darkness within his heart. His brain created this. Visions of death, murder, previous murder- Darkness... Nothing known by Ein.
The phantoms unlocked the locks and darkness reigned over Ein's dream. He held his head, well atleast his dream body did. The darkness beckoned him to let all the power free. Implied power technically, and the devilish persuasion had promised such. But Ein did not listen. No, he simply screamed within his mind. The darkness sank back to his heart. His heart was corrupted, but letting his mind become affected as well is suicide. The suicide of being in a small ship in space and releasing a murderous power. The dream faded away, and so did light within Ein's eyes.
Reality
Ein had a waking nightmare. He screamed so annoyingly, scaring Leana awake. Tobuscus lost his nerve and said, "QUIET! OH MY GOD! WHEN WE GET THERE, CONSIDER US NOTHING! I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!". The other two just stared in awe. Tobuscus was not usually an angry person, so Leana thought. When they arrived at the world, Ein soon realized that he knew nothing of where he was going. But all he saw was a sign saying "Traverse Town".
