An unexpected announcement?

Hey all,
Here's the deal. I know that some of you may be confused on what we can do here on TWC. Some of you might not really be aware of the fact that there's been a recent drop in RPing here. But I wanted you all to know that starting today there will be a lot of Open topics where anyone can join.
You can also just start new threads with someone you want to RP with and close it off to only them. It's basically a free for all, so just go crazy and post!
